Move the sources of PagedSeq here.
Move the json module to the tests.
Use JavaConverters rather than JavaConversions.
Use Map#map instead of Map#transform.
Use ++= instead of copyToBuffer.

note that the PagedSeq part is a backport of #97

Damned, I based my work on the 1.0.x branch instead of master! I will fix that.
